1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Spoiler Plate, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to create an account.
3. Free to use — no gambling
Spoiler Plate is free. No purchase or payment is required. Points have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold or exchanged, and are not a prize. Spoiler Plate is not a betting or gambling service.
4. Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details secure. One account per person. We may suspend accounts that use automation, multiple accounts or other methods to manipulate results.
5. Predictions and results
Each prediction has a published resolution rule. Results are decided by our moderators using public, reliable sources. Our decision on a result is final. Once you submit a prediction, it cannot be changed.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of comments and predictions you submit, and you give us a licence to display them on the service. Do not post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, misleading or infringes others' rights. We may remove content and accounts that break these rules.
7. Intellectual property
Spoiler Plate is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any game publisher or technology company, including Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
8. Privacy
We store the information needed to run your account, such as your email address, username, predictions and comments. We do not sell your personal data.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Predictions are opinions, not advice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
